What to Expect When You List with Me

Using local market data, recent sales, and my in-depth knowledge of your neighborhood, I’ll recommend a competitive price that attracts serious buyers without leaving money on the table.

3. Preparing Your Home

I’ll guide you through light staging, repairs, and enhancements to make your home shine. If needed, I can recommend trusted vendors (painters, cleaners, contractors) to help get your home market-ready.

4. Professional Photography & Marketing

I invest in professional photography, virtual tours, drone shots (where applicable), and compelling copywriting. Your listing will appear on the MLS, Zillow, realtor.com, social media, and more—everywhere today’s buyers are looking.

5. Showings & Open Houses

I’ll coordinate showings and open houses to maximize visibility and convenience. Feedback from buyers and agents will be shared promptly to keep you informed.

6. Receiving Offers

When offers come in, I’ll help you evaluate each one based on price, terms, contingencies, and buyer strength. My job is to protect your interests and negotiate the best possible outcome.

7. Under Contract

Once you accept an offer, we enter the contract phase. This includes inspections, appraisal, and the buyer’s loan process. I’ll handle all the deadlines and paperwork, keeping everything on track and stress-free.

8. Negotiating Repairs or Concessions

If the buyer requests repairs or credits after inspection, I’ll negotiate firmly and fairly. My job is to help you close smoothly while preserving your bottom line.

9. Closing Day

We’ll coordinate with the title company for a smooth closing. Once all documents are signed and the buyer’s funds are in, the sale is official—you get paid and hand over the keys.
