Buying a home is exciting—but it can also feel overwhelming. That’s where I come in. Here’s a step-by-step overview of what you can expect when we work together:

1. Initial Consultation

We’ll talk about your goals, timeline, budget, and ideal home features. I’ll also explain how representation works and go over the buyer agency agreement—this ensures you have a dedicated expert advocating for you.

2. Get Pre-Approved

Before we look at homes, you'll want to connect with a trusted lender to get pre-approved. This gives us a clear price range and shows sellers you’re serious.

3. Home Search

This is the fun part! I’ll set up a personalized search and we’ll tour homes together—either in person or virtually. I’ll help you evaluate each one with an expert eye so you can make informed decisions.

4. Making an Offer

Once you find “the one,” I’ll help you write a strong, strategic offer based on market conditions, comps, and your needs. I’ll negotiate fiercely to get you the best terms and price.

5. Under Contract

Once your offer is accepted, the home is “under contract.” This is when things get real—inspections, appraisals, title work, and loan processing all happen here. I’ll manage deadlines and guide you through every step.

6. Due Diligence

We’ll schedule a professional inspection and review disclosures. If we uncover any issues, I’ll negotiate repairs or credits on your behalf.

7. Final Loan Approval

Your lender finalizes your mortgage. Meanwhile, I work closely with your title company, lender, and the listing agent to make sure everything stays on track for closing.

8. Closing Day

You’ll sign your final documents, fund your loan, and get the keys! I’ll be right there with you to celebrate and answer any last questions.

9. After Closing

My service doesn’t stop at the closing table. I’m here for anything you need—contractors, home tips, or future real estate moves. You now have a trusted advisor for life!

After signing the final paperwork to complete the purchase, you are now the owner of a new house. It may take a few days for your loan to be funded once the paperwork has been returned to the lender, but once that check is delivered to the seller, you’ll be all set to move into the home of your dreams.
